It was two rounds and then a writing test. The first round was a phone screen with HR and the second round was with some directors in the department. The writing test involved writing a press release and a mock client memo.

It was a multi-part interview process. The first round was in-person, and the second round was a phone interview with the division supervisor. This second interview happened about 2-3 weeks after the first one. I got the offer about 8 weeks after the first interview.
