The interview process was brief and not particularly detailed. I was given an overview of the company's objectives and what they expected. Then, I was asked a few questions about my management approach. Following that, I spoke with the Regional Manager, who asked me some similar questions. I received a job offer soon after. Neither interview was lengthy, but I felt that both the District Manager and Regional Manager understood my capabilities and who I was.

I got a got from a Footlocker recruiter. Then met with a manager downtown Chicago. Received a very flattering email about the second interview. Then met with a third manager primarily concerning which location I would be working at. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I sent an email to the recruiter and called the manager from the third interview and never heard anything back from anyone.

I applied on Indeed and got scheduled for a phone interview. After that, they invited me for an in-person interview. The team seemed really laid-back and friendly, and the office culture is casual with people wearing sneakers and everyday clothes. I'd love to work here.
