Product Manager
I had an interview set up with HR. When the call started, they told me that the role had actually changed and it wasn't a good fit for me anymore, before I even got a chance to say anything. It probably wasn't a good fit based on what they were looking for, but it was a bit frustrating since I had prepared for the interview and all.

Product Manager
So at Foot Locker, the whole interview process for a Product Manager is like five steps: first you chat with a recruiter, then you talk to the hiring manager, then the engineering lead, then another product director, and finally, you meet the VP of product for that area. It felt pretty quick at first, took me about a month to get through all the interviews. But man, after I talked to the VP, everything just went silent for over a month! I hit up the recruiter, and they were like, 'we're still interviewing people,' even after all that time. Three more weeks with no word, so I messaged the recruiter again. Finally, I got that email saying I didn't make it. I applied back on June 26 and heard back for good on August 26. It seemed like it was going well at the start, but then after the actual interviews, they just stopped communicating. This was the first time I got so far and then just got ghosted like that. Even when I tried to get some info from the recruiter I was talking to, nothing. Started out good, ended kinda bummer.
