The interview process involved two initial interviews. The company was very open to college students who were eager to learn. The entire process was conducted remotely and took about a week and a half. The interviewers were really interested in getting to know you and were happy to answer your questions.

Nice contact, but pressure was built up. A sales situation was simulated with tricky catch questions. The store manager and his deputy asked about the company's history, my experience, and my future plans regarding my studies, life, and relationships. The interviewers were the store manager and his deputy.
