It started with a quick phone screen and then a few meetings with leadership. We also had a small project to demonstrate sales skills. It was fine overall, but I wish it could have been in person.

The interview process was pretty simple. I spoke with 3 different people over 3 separate occasions, which is pretty normal these days. It started when a recruiter reached out and we had a really nice phone chat. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager for the Restaurant Sales job, which lasted about an hour. She mentioned I'd hear back from the recruiter, Keenan, soon. Then, I was told I was moving forward and met with the team lead in person. That was a casual chat and went well. Next, I was scheduled to meet with the CSO, and I went onsite again for that. About a week or two later, I got an offer. The whole thing took around a month, maybe a bit longer.

Behavioral Other

Had a phone screen where they talked a lot about the company and didn't ask about my background. Then I had an in-person interview with the manager. It was pretty casual, and she seemed really out there and possibly drunk. She mentioned next steps and said I'd hear back the next day, but I never did. I tried to follow up, but they ignored me. It's fine if they don't want to move forward, but they should communicate that. Also, the office wasn't what they described; they said modern office but it was more like a studio apartment, cramped with boxes everywhere and looked tacky.
