The interview panel seemed inexperienced and was looking for a candidate who was 100% perfect, which felt like a waste of the candidates' time. They asked technical questions about the plant, not realizing candidates might have different backgrounds.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out regarding the role and set up a meeting with the hiring manager. The office is in a business park that's hard to reach without a car, and parking can be tough due to the number of drivers. The interview itself was with the hiring manager and an HR person. The hiring manager seemed quite serious, almost intimidating, and didn't really loosen up during the chat, which I found a bit unnerving. The HR person, who was new, was more approachable.

It was a long but professional process. They looked into several skills like logic and numeric skills. Even though it was long, the process was friendly. They were always trying to check the criteria they were looking for, but they used multiple similar questions. The process had 4 stages and focused on previous experience relevant to the position.
