So I applied, and then got sent some interview slots for a panel interview. It was with people from all the different parts of the store, like customer service, events, trade, textbooks, you know, all of them. Each person in charge of a department asked stuff they thought was important for their area, especially customer service stuff. It was pretty much just basic questions about your customer service background, if you've dealt with arguments in a group, and why you're interested in the position. Nothing tricky, just straightforward questions.

  • Could you describe your customer service experience?
  • How have you handled conflict within a group setting?
  • What motivates your interest in this particular role?
