Behavioral Other

I went through five rounds of interviews. They requested my references and checked them, leading me to believe I would get an offer. Then they ghosted me for over a week. I finally contacted the recruiter only to find out they selected another candidate and didn’t bother to tell me, after all of that.

Behavioral

Had an initial 30-minute screener call where they asked typical questions. Then, 7 days later, I moved to the next round with the hiring manager for another 30-minute call. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the recruiter or hiring manager after that, despite spending an hour and sending thank you notes. It was pretty unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I completed a thorough application with specific questions about my experience and included my salary expectations and past salary. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone. If I passed that, I then interviewed with multiple team members. The next step was an in-office interview with 8 people from different departments like engineering, marketing, product, and customer support. I was told it was down to me and one other candidate. Weeks later, HR called to say no decision had been made yet, and they had significantly lowered the salary from what I initially put on the form.
