Customer Service Associate
I applied online and heard back after about 10 days. They asked me to schedule a phone interview, which was about 20 minutes and mostly HR-focused. They wanted to know about my teamwork, cash handling, and customer service experience. It really wasn't a hard interview to get through!
- Can you tell me about your experience with teamwork?
- What would you say are your strengths and weaknesses?
- How much experience do you have with handling cash?

You'll get a phone call from one of their employees and then they'd ask you to come in for a group interview. If you passed, then you'd get an offer on the spot.
- Have you ever worked as a cashier?
- Do you have any experience handling cash?
