Behavioral Presentation

I went through a two-stage interview process. The first stage involved competency-based questions. The second stage included a presentation and further competency-based questions that delved into my past experience and how my skills align with the requirements of the position. The presentation was designed to assess my abilities and my approach to problem-solving.

I interviewed at their office, it was a really nice setting and the flow was comfortable. I even got to take a walk around the workplace. The people there were nice, and we had candid and respectful chats.

Behavioral Technical

I spoke with a recruiter in Brno and someone from HR in Edinburgh. They initially offered me a Graduate Operations role, but I was hesitant because of Brexit and potential outsourcing. The HR person seemed rushed and uninterested, which didn't help. However, Linda in Talent Acquisition was great, explaining the roles and offering me an Operations position. I really wanted the Solutions Consultant role, but it was beyond her scope. She said she'd connect me with the right people, but I was ultimately rejected due to not having a 1st class degree.
