I interviewed with FMC Technologies in April 2014, though technically for a contract role with GHG Corp, it was clear I'd be hired by FMC if all went well. I first met the hiring manager for about 45 minutes in his office. It was pretty informal, and he focused on what I actually knew rather than asking standard interview questions. Afterward, we left his office and I met the whole team in a conference room. They each asked me questions, which was a bit intimidating but they were all really nice. I left the interview feeling great and hopeful about getting an offer. It took about a month to hear back, but unfortunately, I didn't get the offer. I was told there might be a possibility for the manager to hire someone later in the summer, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed to hear from them again.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I interviewed with a few different groups for a Business Analyst role. Met with a VP of Technology, a Section Manager, an HR Manager, and an Engineering Manager. The interviews were pretty standard, nothing too hard. Mostly behavioral stuff. The place feels pretty relaxed, but maybe a bit like an inside club.

Applied through my uni job portal, had a phone screen with a recruiter, then a call with a business unit manager. Got a callback about 2 weeks later for an "in person" interview. Two weeks after that, recruiters came to the university for an interview with a manager and a college recruiter. Got the offer a week later.
