Call Center Agent
It was an online video thing where you get to practice your video a bunch of times until you feel good about doing the real one. They asked 4 questions, and then that was it.
- How would you approach a challenging situation with your team members?
Customer Service Supervisor
So after you apply for the job, you'll get some automated emails. First, you have to do an assessment test. It's pretty easy, but watch the clock because it goes fast. The testing service will give you your results right away, which is cool. Then, you get another automated email for an online interview. Both the test and the interview have a 5-day deadline to complete. You can download an app using a link from the email to practice as much as you want. Once you feel ready, you can start the real interview.
- Can you share an instance of how you performed well under a tight deadline, detailing your actions and role?
- Describe a situation where you helped a team member improve their performance.
- Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision for your team.
Customer Service Supervisor
After applying for the job, I received a link for an assessment that needed to be completed within 5 days. It included job skills questions, English vocabulary questions, antonyms, and synonyms, all of which were timed. After passing this, I got a link for a video interview with 4 questions. I had 30 seconds to prepare and 120 seconds to answer each question. The questions weren't difficult.
- What is your motivation for wanting to be part of Flydubai?
- Can you tell me something you'd like to add to your application that isn't currently on your resume?
- Describe a time when you successfully managed and led your team.
