I'm so grateful for the interview opportunity for the Process Engineer position in Farnborough. Although I declined my initial offer from Fluor for personal reasons, I was told my info would be saved and I'd be considered for future roles. This interview was extremely invasive, with personal questions about my background. It felt like a gestapo interrogation. The interviewer didn't pay attention to my resume's time frames and asked technical questions that weren't necessary for someone out of the industry for over 5 years. They should just let me talk about my experience and ask about that.

I travelled to the UK, near London, and met the Head of Process Engineering at their offices, which were very nice. The Manager made me feel very comfortable. He was clear and explained the position and the project I would be involved in well. They checked my background, even though they seemed comfortable with me for the position based on my previous experiences. It was a fair and comfortable interview, and I appreciated the professionalism.
