Phone interview with recruiter for about 20 mins. Then another 20-min recruiter conference call. After that, a 30-minute group/partner interview with a partner and two HR people, where I had to present samples. Then a ghosting period where no one followed up after I called and emailed multiple times. I eventually found out through my profile that I didn't get the position. Felt like I wasn't valued as a senior executive candidate given the time I spent prepping and presenting.

The interview process was really thorough. It was long and cumbersome, but I guess it’s worth it if it’s a good fit. Also, I feel like they don’t accept an equal amount of liability in the interview process and it’s a lot to ask in good faith or for a potential opportunity, in my honest opinion.

It was a four-step process: First, a recruiter call. Second, an in-person meeting with someone considered for a possible boss role. Third, a Zoom meeting with the boss, possibly their boss. Fourth, an in-person series of meetings with internal customers and the boss.
