Project Engineer
It took about two weeks from applying to the interview. I got a verbal offer two days after that, and a written one a week later. The interview was mostly about the job description and my experience, focusing on how I'd fit into the role, with a few behavioral questions mixed in.
- Tell me about a goal you achieved that you're proud of, and describe how you accomplished it.
Engineering
The initial interaction was friendly, with good information provided about the company and its future vision. The first step was a conversation with a recruiter, followed by a second discussion involving the hiring manager and the HR department. Although I wasn't selected for the role, I received timely and appropriate feedback.
- Could you tell me about a project you were involved in and what your primary duties were?

Design Engineer
Typical interview day, had a group exercise, technical interview, and then HR interview. They asked me some straightforward questions to check my problem solving skills and then asked me to talk more about my university course and individual projects.
