It was a 2 stage interview process with the 2nd stage being face to face on site. Questions were clear and the environment was relaxed. The manager went over details of all the projects and possible career paths if I join. The office space was very comfortable.

The interview started with some basic questions like introducing yourself and explaining your interest in engineering. Then, it shifted to behavioral questions focusing on scenarios related to communication, leadership, and teamwork. The interview involved an HR representative and an Engineering Manager who took turns asking questions. There were no traditional technical questions. The interview was scheduled for 60 minutes but lasted about 75 minutes because it started late and ran over time. Towards the end, the pace became rushed, and I only had the chance to ask one question. I was then instructed to email any further questions and connect with the HR representative on LinkedIn. I've followed these instructions but haven't received any response yet, leaving me uncertain about the next steps and the outcome. The overall experience felt neutral, though the rushed ending and lack of follow-up communication left a negative impression.
