Applied online and then had a quick 15-minute call with HR. After that, I got invited to an assessment centre which involved two group activities and then an interview with two senior team members. The group exercises were fun, but the interview itself was a really bad experience. The interviewers seemed totally uninterested and like they didn't want to be there. I saw a bunch of red flags and it just made me not want to work there anymore. Honestly, I'd say avoid this company if you can. Glad I didn't get an offer.

first there was a written test on technical civil engineering topics, and then based on how well that went, there was an interview. the interview had two parts: a technical part and an HR part. in the technical part, they asked some tricky basic civil engineering problems that you'd find on a site, and you had to come up with solutions. The HR part is pretty standard.
