Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fluor.
Accounting Associate
It was a chill and professional interview experience. The interviewer was pretty positive the whole time. Some questions were tough, but it was okay overall. Lol ahab
- Can you explain the difference between accounts payable and accounts receivable?
Payroll Specialist
It was a one and done interview. I had a 3 person panel interview where they asked direct questions relevant to the job description. The follow up process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to this company.
- Can you describe your experience with HRIS systems and which one you are most comfortable using?
Accountant
The interview process started with an HR call to check if I was a good fit for the position. Then there were two more interviews, one with the department I applied to (accounting) and another with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager interview was initially one-on-one, but then she brought in her colleagues to interview me as well.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
