Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fluke Corporation.
Master Scheduler
I had one video interview that was about 15-20 minutes long. It involved basic questions about my previous work experience. The interviewer was friendly and direct. It was a good experience.
- How would you deal with a difficult colleague?
- Can you describe a typical day for you?
- Which systems have you worked with before?
Demand Planning Analyst
The interview itself was great, I had numerous great conversations that left me feeling that I'd be a good fit. Upon completing the interview process I was not selected for the position but the hiring manager enjoyed our conversations and recommended me for another position; this is where the process went south. I applied to the next position and received a rejection e-mail the next business day. The recruiter ignored my e-mails multiple times and wasn't helpful at all. I went from very excited at the possibility of working at Fluke to completely turned off due to the HR department.
- Tell me about your previous experience.
- Can you answer some STAR-based questions?
Demand Planner
It was 3 45 minute back-to-back panel interviews. They asked all behavioral questions, no technical questions. Overall not difficult, but make sure you have evidence to support your answers. I will say the questions are pretty general.
- Tell me about how you manage conflicts between managers and coworkers.
