I found the job posting on a third-party search engine and applied through the Fluke Career site. I also reached out to the hiring engineer directly. I had two interviews within a week: first with HR, then with two engineers. The HR interview was mostly about my resume and the company/job in general. The second interview with the hiring engineer was more technical, focusing on the background needed for the role. Unfortunately, communication after that was poor. HR wasn't very responsive to my inquiries, and I received follow-up emails from HR reps who didn't seem aware of my specific situation. About a month after the first interview, I was contacted by two different HR reps who gave me conflicting reasons why I wouldn't be considered. The requirements for the position weren't clearly defined or communicated to me throughout the entire process. I enjoyed talking to the engineers, but I can't say the same for the HR department.

Technical

In the few years after covid, the interview was on Webex with three different people from one team. Since it was for an engineering position, the questions were technical. I was asked to interview for another position but declined as the salary range wasn't what I was looking for.

Applied online and then interviewed the following week. The process included a phone screen and a 6-hour on-site HR/technical interview. I was offered the job that same night.
