I sent in my application online and got hired in less than two weeks. It was a really simple process. I was contacted for a phone interview and then set up for an in-person interview, all within a single week. The in-person interview felt really relaxed and easy, and the person interviewing me made me feel super comfortable. I got the offer the very next day.

We had a 30-min phone call about motivation, the role, and general personal questions. Then I was invited for a short first in-person meeting, a 'first impression' chat with the Technical Lead. More general questions about motivation and qualifications. Finally, an invitation for a longer meeting with HR and the Technical Lead. They asked specific questions about soft skills: How do you handle stress? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What would your friends say about you? How do you feel about overtime? These were standard questions you can find on any job portal. It was a very pleasant and open conversation.
