Production Engineer
I applied through LinkedIn and got an invite for a MS Teams chat. I spoke with the current intern, the Production Manager, and the Production Engineering Supervisor. It was a really relaxed chat, more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.
- Can you elaborate on something mentioned in your CV?
Manufacturing Engineer
They contact you by phone with a basic interview about your current status, they will ask you about languages, why you want to be part of the company, your studies, if you are willing to relocate, etc., etc. After this, if you pass to the next level, you will have an interview with the Manager or Supervisor of the area you applied for. There you will talk about your professional background, your achievements, work experience, and everything you can contribute to the company; it is a very technical interview that highlights everything stated in your CV.
- What has been your greatest accomplishment?
- What is your experience in this field?
- Tell me about your interests.
Manufacturing Engineer
First, there was a phone screen to talk about your past experience and what you're looking for now. Then, an on-site interview with technical questions and discussion about your work experience, where different people asked questions one after another. Finally, a talk about the offer and pay.
- Can you describe how you've dealt with challenging situations in the past?
