Engineer
The recruiter contacted me, and we set up a phone interview. He forgot about it, and when I called him, he initially ignored me. We rescheduled, and during the interview, it was clear he hadn't read my CV. He asked if I had industrial experience (I have 6 years) and suggested I could only get entry-level roles due to a lack of relevant experience, which I disagree with. He offered me a low-level engineer salary. I also applied for other positions, and a different recruiter emailed me, but I never got a reply because my emails went to their junk folder. It's a very incompetent company.

Engineer
I applied through the company's website and then got a call to schedule the interview. The interview itself was with my potential supervisor and a senior engineer from the team I'd be joining. HR was also involved later for the hiring and offer part. The interview was pretty technical, focusing on my experience and what I know about the department's work.
- Given the company's focus on Lean manufacturing, 6S, and CIP, what are your thoughts and experiences with these methodologies?
- Tell me about your knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
- How do you understand and apply the 6S methodology?
Engineering Co-Op
First, I had a 20-minute phone interview. It was pretty basic, asking about my past jobs in high school. Most of the questions were about whether I had experience training people before and how I handled it. Then, I was invited to a second 1:1 interview that lasted about 40 minutes. I got a call about an offer the next day and accepted it.
- Tell me about a time you had a dispute with a coworker or management and how you resolved it.
