Customer Service Representative
So, there were a few interviews. First, I had this recorded video thing where I had to answer some questions that were already recorded. Then, I had to give a presentation about customer service to a group of people, and after that, it was a normal interview where I was asked about my experience.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Customer Service Representative
I went to an info session at FIU. About a month later, I had a phone interview. Then, another month passed, and I had an in-person interview at FIU. A few weeks after that, I had to give a presentation about customer service. The phone interview was pretty chill. The in-person one was good, the interviewer made me feel comfortable. The presentation was easy for me since I'm good at public speaking. The whole process took a while but it was worth it.
- Tell me about a time you had a conflict at work and how you resolved it.
Customer Service Representative

- What is your weakness and how would you improve it?
