I applied online and heard back quickly, but then there was a long delay. The actual interview was with a panel of 3 people from the HIV prevention program. They asked me questions mostly about my public health experience and tools. Even though they said to reconnect with the hiring manager in two weeks, it took 3.5 months to hear back after the interview.

I got a call to set up an in-person interview. When I arrived, the person who called me had me sign some paperwork. She also explained that this OPS position doesn't have benefits, no paid time off, and no vacations. It's a panel interview with 3 interviewers. They had 10 questions for me, and they'd ask if they had any questions at the end.
