The interview process was pretty smooth and online. I received feedback right away, and everything was on time. The department was easygoing and clear about their requirements. They were able to describe the job accurately!

It was a pretty informal process. They asked questions about my experience and how well I work with others. I met with some of the personnel, the hiring manager, and possibly an associate from the department I'd be working in. It felt more like a 'get to know you' kind of time.

I got a call on Friday about an interview, called back Monday to set it up for Thursday of the same week. It was a group interview where they asked about my background and qualifications. They were super open to answering all my questions, which was really refreshing. I also got to meet the team before deciding, and the hiring manager gave me tons of info to help me make my decision. Even though it's a pay cut, other things make it worth it: understanding the expectations and culture, meeting colleagues beforehand, seeing my workspace, and checking out the benefits and possibilities.

The interview process was pretty simple, with some good and some bad parts. It started with a panel interview involving the supervisor, a management staff member, and another employee in the same role from a different department. They asked standard questions about my related experience. Later that same day, I was contacted and scheduled for a very short, 2-minute phone interview with the administrator, where I was asked two more standard questions. About a week later, I received a verbal offer. However, it took six months to get the official offer letter, during which I regularly checked in with HR. I almost accepted another job offer but this one came through at the last minute with a better salary.
