- What is an API and what are the steps to call one?
Software Engineer
The interview involved a lot of behavioral questions and some basic technical ones. My tip: really know your resume inside out, have good examples ready, and study typical behavioral questions so you can easily show off your skills and experience.
- Can you explain your understanding of the agile development process?
Systems Programmer
I had an initial phone interview, I think there were two calls. After that, I went to their headquarters. I met with 5 people who were all on the same team: the director, the manager, and 3 other employees. This meeting lasted 45 minutes and was timed, with each person getting the same amount of time. I felt like I had a good chance. They asked about my skills, but it was all talking, no tests. I did get the job in the end.
