After the initial recruiter call, I had one panel interview with three people. It was a pretty straightforward interview, focusing on behavioral and situational questions. The entire process was completed within about two weeks, and the start date was also within one to two weeks after that.

There was an initial phone screen, and then I had an in-person interview a few days later with the hiring manager, who is a portfolio manager. We met in a conference room for about an hour. The questions were typical behavioral ones for PMs. I noticed some overlap in the questions since she went off script during the phone screen, and in our conversation, I ended up sharing stories about my background and experiences that were actually on her in-person interview script. It was a bit unusual that she was writing down my answers as I spoke, which made it hard to maintain eye contact and engagement.

Behavioral Technical

My resume was sent to Florida Blue by the recruiter. I was then invited for an on-site screening. Following the hiring manager's advice, I proceeded to a second round of interviews with the technical manager. After a third interview, the recruiter let me know that another candidate was selected because they had more of the technical skills Florida Blue was looking for.
