I applied online using a Google Sheet and then got an email saying I was shortlisted. After that, I had an in-person interview with two people on the panel. They had a list of questions and asked them.

I filled out a paper application in April 2013 for the 2013-2014 academic year. During the summer, I got an email to set up a phone interview. In the phone interview, they mostly asked me about myself and some situational questions. At the end, they asked a few questions about my availability and work preferences. It was a pretty easy interview. Later in the summer, I got another email offering me the job. I accepted and had to complete some paperwork and attend a training session. They provided a clear list of all the documents needed.

Behavioral

I was a bit nervous at first seeing as I was seeing other candidates going in interviews before me. I saw one girl that has a tank top and short shorts outside, turns out she was interviewing me along with 4 other people. It was way too many people interviewing and some interviews did not take it seriously.
