The interview process was really smooth. They asked me about some real case studies and how I'd handle them, and also about my previous jobs. They also asked how I feel about working on-site with tea.

this was a terrible interview experience. after a 30 minute group call, i was asked to complete an animation art test for round 2. there were zero guidelines or time limit, and after i submitted it, which took 6 days of work, i never got a response, even after following up. i was completely ghosted. the job posting closed after my interview, then reopened with duplicate listings on linkedin. it seems like HR and Hiring are incompetent and it was a waste of time. i dont know what they were looking for - maybe a disney pixar level animator for simple online web course banners but that ain't happening. they need to stop wasting our time and pay us for extraneous interview materials. the company will never be great if these guys are overseeing the art department.
