Behavioral Technical Case

Typically starts with a phone screen. Then you'll interview with a Senior Product Support Specialist. If that goes well, you might have a panel interview with some team members or the hiring manager. This panel is to check your tech knowledge, how you solve problems, and your customer support skills. Sometimes they'll give you a practical test, like a troubleshooting exercise or a case study, to see how you'd handle real product issues.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process took about 2 weeks and had four parts. It started with a questionnaire, then a phone screen. After that, there was a 45-minute Zoom interview with the manager, followed by a 2-hour panel interview. Everyone was really nice and easy to talk to. My only issue was not getting any feedback after the last interview. I put in a lot of hours for this whole process and not getting the feedback I asked for felt really disrespectful.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So first, the recruiter called me, just to chat about the job, the company, and the benefits. After that, they sent me this writing assignment. It had a couple questions and also asked me to write out how I'd help someone set up email templates in G-mail. Once they looked that over, I had a 45-min Zoom with the hiring manager. The last step was this big 2-hour panel interview, which was split into three parts: first with senior leaders, then with team leaders, and finally with people who do the same job. After all that, they asked for references and then they gave me the offer.
