This was a pretty straightforward interview process. However, be aware that they really, really like people with accounting backgrounds for this role. It's for an accounting product, so it makes sense, but don't get your hopes too high if you're not an accountant.

Behavioral Presentation

I got a quick response and had a good conversation. The whole interview process took about 3-5 weeks from start to finish. It was very conversational, and they talked a lot about the company culture, opportunities for growth, and what the day-to-day job would be like. It all seemed pretty standard for a BDR role, and the culture really stood out as a positive aspect of the company.

Had more than 4 interviews with different people, from direct managers up to higher levels. They asked about my personality, past work, and how I find and approach potential customers. They were quick to set up the next interview, but the whole process felt like it took a long time.
