Customer Service Associate
It was thorough but not intimidating. Be prepared for questions. Don’t think it’s going to be an easy interview and you’ll do great. Be professional. Make sure to research the company and bring questions for the interviewer. Make sure you understand what you’re getting yourself into. This will help prevent wasting their time and yours.
- What motivated your application for this role?
Customer Service Representative
First, there was an online test covering typing skills and personality traits. After that, I had an MS Teams interview with a Recruiter Administrator. If that went well, I would then be contacted by someone from the HR Department. All in all, it was a pretty straightforward and nice experience.
- Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations for a customer.
Customer Service Associate

- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What makes you want to work here?
- What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
