I think some of the interview steps could have been skipped, for instance, they scheduled two identical 45-minute interviews with the Hiring Manager, where they asked the same questions and tested the same skills. The next step was supposed to be a live case study at the office, which I felt was quite intimidating.

i was in canada and the company contacted me by email to set up an appointment for a video call interview. we did the interview at the exact time they specified, with 2 people on their end and me on mine. It was a bit intimidating to be interviewed by two people at once. It was conducted in english.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied and about 1.5 weeks later, HR set up an interview with a future colleague. It was a great, long conversation (almost 2 hours) that needed some preparation and thought but wasn't overwhelming. Then things got complicated... they said they'd get back to me in 4 days. After 8 days of no word, I reached out because I had other job offers (which I'd mentioned). They quickly replied with positive feedback and scheduled a second interview, which also went well. Two more weeks passed with no word, so I decided not to follow up and took another job. If a candidate mentions other offers and you like them, you should act fast. It was a disappointing experience; I think they need to address their HR bottleneck.
