Behavioral Other

The interview process was very friendly and positive. Although there was a delay in getting back to me, once things started moving, it all happened really quickly. I had three interviews in total: with HR, a Team Member, and the Manager. The final interview was at the office, and I also got a tour of the office. Scheduling was also super easy.

Case Behavioral

The interview involved a case study very similar to the job's reality. I received it days before to develop the material and do the analysis and recommendation. In the interview, there was a personal introduction from everyone (interviewer and interviewee), and then I presented the case. At the end, there was time for detailed explanations of the position and questions.

Behavioral Technical Other

So, I went through 4 rounds of interviews, 3 online and 1 in person. Everyone was super nice and knew their stuff. They asked things that were directly related to the pricing manager job, and some cool situational questions too. It was pretty standard: first, they wanted to know about me, why I was interested, then some technical stuff, followed by meetings with another team manager, my direct report, and a senior manager. The HR part was a bit of a mess, their emails weren't great.
