We started with some small talk, then asked me to introduce myself, explain why I wanted to work with them, and discuss my previous internship. After that, they provided information about the position, the company, and the team. Finally, I had the opportunity to ask questions.

This was easily one of the weirdest and most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. I applied through the company’s official site and got invited to an interview only for no one to show up. HR later reached out saying they’d mixed up the time. Not a great start. Right after the first interview, I got an email inviting me to the next round. Less than an hour later, HR called pressuring me to schedule it immediately. The whole thing felt very rushed and disorganized. In the second interview, as soon as I mentioned I might pursue a master’s degree, the interviewer changed attitude and turned the discussion into a very weird interrogation. I never got a proper rejection, just weeks of silence followed by an automated email saying the position was filled. Do better.

After applying online, I quickly got invited for a phone interview. It was friendly and mainly focused on my motivation. They also asked about my PowerPoint skills. Finally, I was given four small, easy math problems. Then, two weeks later, I was invited for a personal interview, which was basically structured the same way, but with two employees.
