Started with a 30-minute call with the senior recruiter, which was basically a phone screen. Then, I had a 45-minute second interview with both the senior business development manager and the hiring manager for the role.

Behavioral Case Presentation

So, I normally don't write reviews, but this interview experience really made me want to share. It was a really fast process, with 4 stages in total, and I actually enjoyed the interviews. First, there was a chat with the recruiter, then a 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager, followed by a case study, and finally, a discussion with the managing director. The people I met were great. I even got an offer, which is where things took a turn for the worse. During my first interview, the recruiter confirmed I was applying for a Sr BDM role. But when it came to the offer stage, the hiring manager told me they could only offer me a regular BDM position, which meant a lower salary. This was despite me repeatedly checking with the recruiter if it was indeed for a Sr BDM role (I have emails as proof). After some back-and-forth with the manager about the salary and the role, I eventually agreed to take the lower-paying, lower-level position. (Just a quick note, this sales role doesn't have commission, which is why I emphasized to the recruiter that I'd only proceed if the salary was as mentioned and the role was a Sr BDM). So, after I agreed to their terms, a few days later, the hiring manager called and said they were withdrawing the offer without a clear reason. What started as a promising process ended up being a complete nightmare for me. How could they do this? I agreed to all their demands about the role and salary, and then they pull the offer? I'm really disappointed with this company and their process, especially since I thought I connected well with the people. So, I'd advise anyone reading this to be cautious.

I sent in my application online and then got an email with an interview request. I had one online chat with my potential manager where we went over a little case study. After that, they gave me the offer, which I accepted pretty fast.
