The process was well-organized and communication was timely. They clearly explained the position, its structure, and expectations. I received feedback as agreed. Although I didn't get an offer, I was generally happy with how the interviews went.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The process wasn't too bad, with a couple of straightforward phone interviews and an onsite where I had to present a case study. After investing a lot of time and effort, they still won't provide any feedback on my application, even though they asked for my feedback on the process. I think detailed feedback should be standard after an in-person interview. Avoid this company, it's unprofessional and disrespectful!

Behavioral Case

The interview process with FlixBus was pretty good. It had 3 phases. Phase 1 was a 30-minute phone call with Niclas, the Junior HR Manager, on June 19, 2019. He was collaborative and asked structured questions about my experience and how I'd add value. I got an email on June 24 for an onsite interview. Phase 2 was a 1-hour onsite interview on July 1, 2019, with Elliot (Team Lead Strategic) and Antonio (Business Analyst). They were friendly, and the interview was smooth with structured questions, including one case study on the technical aspects of business analysis and requirements gathering. I received another email on July 3 for another onsite interview. Phase 3 was a 1-hour onsite interview on July 9, 2019, with Elliot and Stefan (VP Operations). This interview was tougher than the previous one, with 3 case studies and well-structured questions. However, I wasn't as comfortable as in Phase 2. I got a rejection email on July 19, as they chose another candidate.

Confirmed questions2 questions
