So the interview process started off pretty chill, you know, talking about like team stuff and personality, then went into more specific talks about the company and projects. After the first interview, I heard nothing back for months. Then, someone higher up put in a good word and I got back into the process. But after that second round, it went quiet again, and I found out the hiring deadline had passed. The interviews themselves were good and professional, but it was a bummer because they didn't follow through or communicate well.

It was a long multi stage process. It started with a panel of three people, and finished with 5 evaluation tests covering personality, finance, and basic physics. The process moved pretty quickly, and I got an offer in about three weeks.

The hiring process moved quickly after I followed up on my application. The interview was very thorough, and they took notes on paper. The employees spoke highly of the company and even had a former intern join the conversation.
