I had a casual meeting with an executive. We talked about Flintco's history and the kinds of projects they undertake. It was a laid-back conversation where we discussed personal lives, details about the company, what they expect, and potential opportunities.

Behavioral Technical

So the interview process started off pretty chill, you know, talking about like team stuff and personality, then went into more specific talks about the company and projects. After the first interview, I heard nothing back for months. Then, someone higher up put in a good word and I got back into the process. But after that second round, it went quiet again, and I found out the hiring deadline had passed. The interviews themselves were good and professional, but it was a bummer because they didn't follow through or communicate well.
