The interview was pretty long, like 6.5 hours total. When you get there, you first meet with an HR person. Then you go around and meet with different people who work in the department. Finally, you meet with another HR person to wrap things up.

I applied online. Got a call to set up an hour-long phone interview. The next day, I got an email to set up an in-person interview at Wichita HQ. The interview was behavioral, mostly monster.com questions. It was 4 interviews, each 45 minutes long. Two days after the in-person interview, HR called me with an offer.
