first they phone interview you, then you have to do about 2 hours of online tests, and then they invite you to a group interview that takes a whole day long where you go through different scenarios and tests

  • They make you do an entire sales pitch in front of a bunch of strangers, along with exam-style papers, and then a real-life scenario where they pretend to be a customer and you just have to make stuff up.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a telephone interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and asked many questions. Things seemed to be going well until she asked about my understanding of the pay structure. I mentioned my belief that it was a base salary plus commissions. When she revealed the base rate was 30,000 a year, I was surprised, especially given the expectation of working weekends. I admitted I had anticipated it to be closer to 37,000 or 38,000. She then asked if this was an issue. I tried to recover by saying it was a good incentive to excel in sales. I sensed I had lost my chance when her tone shifted and she became dismissive, stating she had more interviews to conduct and I would hear back soon. Two days later, I received an email informing me I was unsuccessful but could reapply in six months. So, a big tip: if you want the job, don't be shocked by the low pay rate!

Applied online, got an email to book a phone interview. Did that, and the call happened a bit after the scheduled time. The interviewer seemed interested at first, but then maybe got bored or lost interest in my background and experience. Maybe I wasn't enthusiastic enough. They said they had others to call and would get back to me in 2-3 business days. Got the rejection email on the third day.
