Submitted a very brief application online, that included my cv, which they did not read. Phone interview, they are looking for "entrepreneurial attitude" Assessment centre, show you can sell travel, and that you know you're capitals! and famous cities. You are not tested on your cv, it is not considered important. They are just looking for people who love travel, and are salesman.

So I had a phone interview first, then I was invited to a group interview which seemed to go well. After that, I had a one-on-one interview while a test was being conducted. I knew I still had to do the math part of the test, but the recruiter took my test while I was away. This is why I didn't proceed further. I mentioned this to the recruiter, but she didn't seem to care.
