After I got past the initial assessments, I was invited to an assessment day. We started with a slideshow about the business, pay, roles, locations, and how it's structured. Then, we each had to give a 3-minute presentation about ourselves to the whole group. After that, there were more slides, and we had a discussion about the company and the graduate program. Next, we did an hour-long test with math and geography questions about a country, like calculating flight times and costs. During the assessment, we were also pulled out for a mock travel sale where we had to sell a trip to London to the assessors – just be confident! Afterward, we split into two groups: one stayed for the final interview, and the other could leave. The final interview involved 3 behavioral questions about the work environment. Practice these and make sure your answers are solid. That was the end of the interviews, and we headed home. I got a call within 3 days saying I was unsuccessful because my behavioral answers weren't explained well enough. My main tips are to be confident and dress nicely with a bit of personal style (it's good to stand out from the usual suits). Good luck!

I applied for the Graduate Program online, and then about 1 month later, I got an email to book a phone interview. The phone interview was with the recruiter and they asked me general questions. Towards the end, they explained the salary (base, bursary and commission) and the work hours. I was also invited to an assessment day session.

It was quite a lengthy and involved interview. We started as a group and everyone did a short couple minute speech on a few questions that had been provided. The day then included a presentation on what the company is about and what the role would involve followed by a small assessment. Later everyone progressed to a one on one interview.
