Got an email the same day I applied for a 15-min phone screen. Then, had a virtual interview with 2 accountants later that week. They were nice, and the interview was pretty standard and chill. They did a reference check the next week and let me know their decision by the end of that week.

The interview process has 2 stages, and it's mostly face-to-face. You'll be interviewed by 2 people. They'll ask about your past jobs, and knowing about their internal process will really help you out. They ask general questions, not really specific accounting ones.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a phone interview first, and then an in-person interview. The in-person one was pretty quick, only about 15 minutes. They asked me about my future goals and also told me more about the job and the kind of environment they're trying to build with the person they hire. Turns out they ended up hiring someone who was already working there.
