Recruiter contacted me on linkedin and called me like 5 times unsolicited, even calling 2 hours before the interview to remind me. When I joined the call, the interviewer asked me to disconnect all my monitors and show my surroundings. Then, they gave me a question without seeming to understand Javascript themselves and didn't give any feedback or say anything while I implemented it. I had the same experience with the same interviewer a year ago.

I had a technical interview with Flexton that was pretty bad. The coding question was a standard LeetCode problem, not too hard. But the interviewer was really weird about my setup, making me share my whole screen and even asking about my laptop's display settings. During the problem-solving, he kept butting in. He said I was taking too long very early on, and even though I was trying to explain how I was thinking, he just ignored me and made comments like 'It's been x minutes and you still haven't solved it' and 'Have you been practicing LeetCode?'. It was hard to focus with all the interruptions and the hostile vibe. Honestly, it felt super unprofessional and rude. I really hope Flexton looks into this so they can improve how their interviewers act and what training they get.

The interview was for a Senior Software Engineer role. It involved three main parts. The first was a screen call, likely with a recruiter. Then there was a technical screen focusing on Java concepts like collections, annotations, Spring Boot, Core Java, Core Spring, and multithreading. This part also included problem-solving using data structures and algorithms, covering topics like permutations, trees, arrays, and strings, and lasted for about an hour. Finally, there was an onsite interview, which probably included more in-depth technical discussions and possibly system design.
