Technical Behavioral

Standard interview process. Started with a technical recruiter phone screen. Then, a technical interview. Finished with an interview with the manager. The people were really nice and friendly though, which made it feel more like a chat than a formal interview.

Behavioral Coding

It was a pretty typical interview. They started by asking about my current job and my reasons for seeking a new one. Then, there was a brief problem-solving interview to figure out how to tackle a specific issue.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Had a quick phone chat with a recruiter who went over my background and gave some info about the company. Then, a second round involved a technical interview with a team lead and a tech director. The third round was a behavioral interview with their corporate team. After that, there was another technical interview with the team. The final round was a brief chat with the Tech Director or someone more senior. Unfortunately, after the second round, I was ghosted and heard nothing back from the recruiter, even after following up via email, despite being told I'd hear back within two business days.
