The interview process started with an introduction and a discussion about my work experience, program management, and EMS strategies. This was followed by a Director Interview, where I was asked about my long-term commitment to the role and my reasons for choosing it. Finally, there was an HR management round focusing on salary discussions and notice period.

Started with a recruiter call, which went well. The next step was supposed to be a Zoom meeting with the unit lead and the director of program management, but they didn't show up at the scheduled time and didn't let me know beforehand, which was pretty unprofessional. After I reached out to the recruiter, I was told the unit lead wanted to reschedule. Then, the very next morning, I got an automated email saying my profile wasn't a good fit.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had several interviews mostly related to work and experience, but some interviewers asked some personal questions and some other questions not related to the position. The interviewing process went too far. I had to do the medical examination and my references were contacted too. Everything seemed to go well. I even had a call from the hiring manager saying I was selected for the position, then I received a call from HR with a verbal offer, but I did not get a written offer. I called the following days but suddenly I found out (by a call made by mistake by the hiring manager) that the HR representative decided on my behalf telling that I did not accept the offer. Very disappointing process. I thought Flex was a formal company.
