HR recruiter emailed me to set up a phone screening, then ghosted me for 3 weeks. After I sent 2 follow-ups, they called out of the blue to schedule an interview for the next day with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked me 2 questions and said I was a good fit. Right after, HR called to schedule a final interview for 8am the next morning. The final interview was with the hiring manager and his boss, where they only asked about my work experience, no industry questions or behavioral questions. I got an automated rejection email a week later.
