The hiring process was pretty fast. I sent in a bunch of online applications for different spots in different cities. I soon heard back and they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview in St. Louis. While I was there, I had to do a 2-hour writing test and then talk with the internship coordinators. The writing part was not too bad if you took your time and double checked it. The interview had the usual questions. After that first interview, I got invited to a second round of interviews, which could be done in person or over the phone. I chose the phone interview since I was still at school. They asked the same questions from the first interview again. Looking back, the whole thing was pretty easy.

So, the interview process started with a 30-minute phone interview with two employees. After that, there was a writing test, which had a maximum time limit of 2 hours. Finally, there was an in-person interview. It was pretty straightforward. They seemed to be looking for someone good at responding to emails and answering questions. They asked behavioral questions, like 'talk about yourself.' The advice given was to have examples, stay on topic, ask questions, and be confident. They also mentioned being good at giving feedback and not being afraid to ask.
